When individuals experience trauma or severe life stressors, it is not uncommon for them to begin to feel overwhelmed and for everyday activities to become much harder to accomplish. This may be the first step you’ve taken towards healing, and I believe it is admirable that you have decided to take time to work on yourself and your relationships. I am dedicated to helping any individual, including children, adults and families, to find healthy perceptions of themselves and strengthen their relationships so they can know themselves as peaceful, complete, whole and safe.

My role will be to guide and support you in improving the skills and confidence that are needed for you to live your best life. I feel that helping you learn new healthy and adaptive ways of coping and healing, as well as exploring the underlying causes of your current symptoms is the recipe necessary to create lasting change.
